Vacuum Brazed Diamond Saw Blade Marble Blade
Brazed Diamond blade can be dry cutting for various granite, marble, concrete, etc. With special design and world-advanced technology of diamond brazing, the saw has spacious cutting, the cutting speed will be faster and the efficiency of cutting will be greastly improved.
Q: What is brazing Technology?
A: Brazing is metal-joining process whereby a filler metal is heated above melting point and distributed between two or more close-fitting parts by capilary action. The filler metal is brought slightly above its melting (liquidus) temperature while protected by a suitable atmosphere, usually a flux. It then flows over the base metal (known as wetting) and is then cooled to join the workpieces together.
Q: What is the difference among brazing technology, sintering technology and electroplating technology?
A: During brazing process, welding solder combines parent metals together at a welding temperature lower than parent metal's melting temperature.
Obviously, brazing can chemically bond diamond grits and steel matrix, but electroplating & sintering can only mechanially "hold" diamond grits.
Q: Why should you choose brazing over sintering & electroplating?
A: Higher bonding strength leading to longer life.
Optimum exposure rate leading to higher cutting speed.
Well-adaptable to different materials and wide scope of application.
More environmentally friendly both in producing and using process, leading to a green future
Brazing, this innovative technology, enables new applications which conventional techniques cannot. It significantly enhances product performance.
